Provide its make, model, approximate age and condition. We'll also ask you to send clear photographs so we can assess it accurately.

A member of the Nova team will review the information and photographs, then contact you with a part-exchange valuation.

Put it towards your next scooter
If you accept the valuation, the agreed amount will be deducted from the price of your next scooter. We can collect your old scooter when your new one is delivered.

Do you take non-working scooters?
Often, yes. The value depends on the model and what's wrong, but we'd rather you asked than assumed — tell us the details and we'll let you know.
How is the value decided?
The team reviews the make, model, age and condition you give us (photos help). We don't quote a figure automatically — a person looks at it and comes back with a fair, no-obligation offer.
Is there any obligation to go ahead?
None. The valuation is free and no-obligation. If it's not right for you, that's completely fine.
Do I need photographs?
Not to start. Photos help us value the scooter more accurately, but you can send them later or we can look when we collect.
